Luxury homes demand is on the rise as a high percentage of the wealthy people are likely to buy luxury homes, in the next two years. India Sotheby’s International Realty conducted a survey of over 200 HNIs and ultra-HNIs and it shows that the demand for luxury apartments or bigger luxury homes will increase now.

Out of the 76 percent participants who want to buy real estate, 89 percent mentioned that they will prefer to buy luxury homes including city apartments, villa floors, or city bungalows. The fastest growing real estate region in North India—Mohali and Zirakpur are responding very well to this luxury home buying sentiment. For example Noble Callista in sector 66B Mohali is designing ultra luxury apartments and residency houses for this category of home buyers. Their 5BHK + 1 Flats Iconic Tower brings the right kind of super luxury living experience for the survey audience.
