A report released the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) and ANAROCK says that Grade-A warehousing will grow 15 percent by 2025 in India. Many modern businesses need facilities for logistics and movement of goods across India and Zirakpur and Mohali industrial area townships are prepared to support this vision.

The industrial area in sector 82 Mohali has been a great example of how industrial and commercial growth in the periphery can boost the holistic real estate growth in a region for residential property, employment, small businesses, the vendors and services supply chain, and the life style of the people in that area.

Harsh Vardhan Patodia, President, CREDAI, said, “We believe the next wave of growth for the real-estate industry will come from the Grade-A warehousing sector. It has become an attractive investment proposition for a lot of foreign and domestic players given its exponential demand.”

Zirakpur is responding to this demand of the A-Grade warehouse as a new mega township is coming up on the airport road. The 250 acre township offers industrial plots in 500 and 1000 sq yards size in the pre-launch offer.

JLL India report shows the increasing demand and trends in A-Grade warehouse which is good for commercial and industrial real estate in Zirakpur and Mohali, as shared by Tick Property.
A JLL India report that they published in August 2022 shares insights about A-Grade warehouse trends for Indian real estate.

A JLL India report that they published in August 2022 says—”The Indian logistic and industrial sector is maturing, and developers have started to include quality space and infrastructure in their portfolio. In the recent years, the sector has seen tremendous expansion and significant transformation trends across the country which is expected to continue in the future years.”

This is an excellent news for the real estate market in Mohali and Zirakpur because the upcoming 250 acre industrial township in Zirakpur is well placed to address this demand.
