Housing.com’s IRIS index—Watch out for Mohali, Jaipur, Surat, Lukhnow for housing search

Housing.com’s IRIS index monitors the online property search volume of the high-potential buyers on their portal. The index shows that the tier-2 cities to watch out for the housing demand are Surat, Jaipur, Patna, Mohali, Lucknow and Coimbatore.

This index is a good indicator of how the residential property demand is building up across India’s major cities or in the tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

In a report, the numbers show that the search queries for apartments with 3+BHK configuration grew by 15% year-on-year in 2021. It is not surprising to see Mohali in this list as the fast growing residential projects hub in the region brings some of the best and world-class luxury apartments on and around the Mohali Airport Road. Projects such as Noble Callista, The Medallion, Falcon View, Marbella Grand, and few others are a delightful news to the home buyers in Mohali, Chandigarh, Punjab, and Haryana.

Housing.com is India’s most innovative real estate advertising platform for homeowners, landlords, developers, and real estate brokers. This story is taken from The Economic Times (source).
