The Sushma Group has multiple commercial and residential projects in Zirakpur and Mohali. The group has earned a great reputation by delivering state-of-the-art and modern projects for the customers in all segments—completing 14 projects in 13 years.

International Brand & Research Forum (IBRF) is a Delhi-based research organization and they have given an AAA rating to the Sushma group, based on customer satisfaction. According to this Business Insider story, IBRF conducted the survey with a special focus on past customers.

Prateek Mittal, Executive Director in Sushma Group says—”Our customers are the centre of our attention, and we value Customer Feedback and customer reviews as it helps us get to know our strength. We pay attention to the tiniest aspects in our grandest goals, and we make the biggest pledges in the tiniest details.”

Sushma group is the best builder in Punjab, according to a survey by IBRF—as posted by Tick Property Mohali.

IBRF ran this research in March 2021 and they declared Sushma group as a winner in March as well.
